Since commencing the hair and wig donation programme at Indira Cancer Trust we have given over 4500 wigs to patients with cancer. With the launch of Sonduru Diriyawanthi, it has enabled us to make these wigs available to patients taking treatment from other hospitals as well – making it more convenient and reducing their travel to Indira Cancer Trust in Maharagama.

It is the hair YOU donate that goes into making wigs. We have ENOUGH hair at the moment for wigs and will inform you when we restart the hair donation program.
